After February 15, 2010, all unpaid assessments dues will be forwarded to our attorney for further collection procedures, and will be subject to additional fees.
NOTE: As of February 1, we received payments from 81.5% of our residents ...and without your support it will become increasingly more difficult for the Board to pay for the operating costs of our association.

Traffic LIght at Klotz Farm Blvd Update:
The Town of Fishers conducted a traffic survey on Klotz Farm Boulevard for two days during the first week in January. They have determined that we did not have enough traffic in our subdivision to justify the placing of a traffic signal at the corner of 116th Street and Klotz Farm Boulevard.

HERE IS THE BOARD'S POSITION REGARDING THE MANY
"CONSTRUCTION" SIGNS WE ARE SEEING IN YARDS:
The Board is aware that the signs concerning roof repairs are not consistent with the Declaration covenants. However, our homeowners can receive a significant financial advantage in allowing the signs (sometimes as high as $500) and there have been no complaints received.
Several years ago a substantial number of homes had roof repairs and signs due to a severe hailstone storm and no complaints were received. Accordingly, the Board determined that some flexibility was required. A notice will be sent to a homeowner noting the applicable covenant and requiring that the sign be removed when the roof repairs are completed.

This form must be completed and returned with your check to SFHOA prior to use of our facilities. Also, please note that for photographic events at the FALLS or any other common area, there is a $150 fee per event payable in the form of check or Money Order to: SFHOA, PO BOX 6437, FISHERS, IN 46038. Unauthorized photographers will be asked to leave the premises.
